CBF planeja criar uma sede para o VAR nos jogos do Brasileirão na próxima temporada
O Campeonato Brasileiro ainda não acabou, mas a CBF já planeja mudanças para a próxima temporada. A princípio, a entidade que comanda o futebol brasileiro quer concentrar, num único lugar, a utilização do VAR na competição. Ou seja, criar uma sede para o árbitro de vídeo. O local escolhido seria o Rio de Janeiro, ao lado do prédio da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol, na Barra da Tijuca, Zona Oeste do Rio.
A ideia é construir 10 cabines de VAR, o que vai possibilitará o trabalho em até dez jogos simultâneos. Os profissionais que trabalharão na equipe estariam localizados na cidade carioca, e para que não haja um atraso nas decisões, a CBF quer instalar cabos de fibra ótica em todos os estádios do Brasileirão.
Assim, seria formado um grupo de elite especializado em VAR. Segundo a CBF, o objetivo é minimizar os erros que vêm ocorrendo durante os jogos e ser mais rápido nas decisões. A novidade está sendo vista com bons olhos por alguns ex-árbitros. Péricles Bassols, árbitro aposentado, e comentarista de arbitragem do canal TNT Sports, quer fazer parte desse novo projeto da CBF.
