Diniz analisa vitória do Fluminense e afirma: ‘A gente ainda tem coisa pra melhorar’
O Fluminense venceu o Cerro Porteño por 2 a 1, nesta quinta-feira (16), no Maracanã. Em confronto válido pela quinta rodada da Copa Libertadores, os gols foram de Marcelo e Ganso. A vitória garantiu a classificação antecipada para as oitavas de final da Libertadores. Fernando Diniz comentou sobre o jogo e garante que ainda há o que melhorar.
Após semana de protestos no Centro de Treinamento e na sede do clube, o comandante da equipe, Diniz, disse que o time foi “soberano” durante grande parte do jogo, até mesmo depois de sofrer o gol de empate no Maracanã.
“Eu acho que o time fez um bom jogo. Principalmente antes de tomar o gol de empate. Estava soberano. No momento que estamos vivendo ainda, de energia mesmo, na primeira bola que escapou sofremos gol, num lance duvidoso, se foi falta ou não… Mas tomamos o gol no primeiro ataque do Cerro. Eles jogam praticamente com seis volantes quando estão marcando. Sabíamos que tínhamos que jogar com amplitude máxima. Com Arias e Keno e apoio de Guga e Marcelo. Então acho que o planejamento foi cumprido.” – Disse, Diniz.
O técnico destacou o desempenho da equipe e um o maior aproveitamento ofensivo, destacando que ainda há o que melhorar. Fernando Diniz, ainda pediu o apoio do torcedor nessa reta de “evolução”.
