Com um discurso de conciliação entre os grupos e tricolores, o pré-candidato trouxe o que pensa ser as soluções para o os problemas que afligem o Flu. Sem poupar críticas a atual gestão, ele iniciou pedindo a mobilização de seus eleitores:
– Nós estamos vindo de gestões pouco transparentes, que nos conduziram ao caos que vivenciamos hoje. A minha candidatura, que eu digo que não e minha, é nossa, ela depende desse engajamento. Hoje é uma reunião de mobilização, para que cada um de vocês possa transmitir para os amigos tricolores, sócios e não sócios, esse movimento que iniciamos e que terminará no dia 08 de junho com nossa vitória.
Tenório ainda ressaltou ainda que na sua proposta ninguém espera nada do clube, e que todos da equipe dele não terão qualquer compensação, que não a satisfação de ajudar o clube, num dos momentos mais conturbados de sua história.

Outro ponto abordado será o agendamento de uma reunião com o presidente do TRT para que haja um ajuste no Ato Trabalhista. De acordo com Rolim, a lei do Profut prevê que as execuções contra clubes de futebol sejam centralizadas. Por fim prometeu um corpo jurídico mais atuante.
Nei Brito, que comandará as finanças, numa eventual gestão Tenório, ressaltou que uma empresa sem caixa não sobrevive, e que o Flu precisa saber onde está o “ralo” na área financeira, para iniciar uma gestão com maior transparência e governança. Sanar as questões urgentes, junto com o jurídico, seria uma de sua primeiras ações.
Discursaram ainda Ayrton Xeréz, que assumirá a vice institucional, prometendo resgatar a imagem do clube e a grandeza de outrora. Wagner Victer, vice na chapa, também discursou, demonstrando toda a confiança de que seu grupo tem as ferramentas capazes de fazer um Fluminense mais forte.
