A ELEIÇÃO DO FLUMINENSE E O VELHO PRESIDENTE
O clima era de euforia! Confusão, gritaria pela disputa de um voto como se naquele corpo a corpo se pudesse alterar os rumos de uma eleição de um clube de tradição. Repentinamente o silêncio se fez e um clarão se abre para lenta passagem de um pequeno senhor, grisalho pelos seus 85 anos e ofegante por seus passos lentos vindos de uma inexplicável caminhada desde sua distante residência e que vinha com o único objetivo de exercer sua paixão e votar no seu clube de coração.
Ele chegou, deu-me um beijo na face, me abraçou como um filho e me pediu para guia-lo até o local da votação e ajudar vencer aqueles dois agora infindáveis lances de escadaria que sempre venceu com vigor.
No caminho era reverenciado como uma divindade superior a tudo aquilo que acontecia naquele momento onde duas chapas, inclusive a que eu compunha, se digladiavam. Eram pedidos de fotos, agradecimentos, histórias, beijos e a eternidade do rápido carinho que ele pacientemente retribuía a todos.
Sua passagem pelo voto como um tempero à situação de desorganização que observamos em nosso clube, foi a surpresa própria e até resignada, quando uma das atendentes administrativas do clube para apoio pleito ao não achar seu nome em uma listagem o perguntou se ele “realmente era sócio”!!!
Após o clamor de todos em seu entorno por tamanha heresia histórica dos atendentes ele conseguiu a “autorização” para fazer seu voto, em separado e porem em papel, desceu a escadaria, me dando o orgulho de conduzi-lo de novo até a saída, para de novo rumar, sozinho, em direção ao seu lar, caminhando, como se esse ato representasse um calvário e um exemplo para a nossa missão que buscávamos em administrar o Fluminense.
Passado muitas horas do fim deste processo eleitoral pude realmente entender o que me fez a concorrer nesse processo eleitoral do Fluminense. Não só a razão e a certeza que o grupo que fazia parte se obrigava a buscar uma saída para o nosso Fluminense, através de uma ação de gestão, mas com a mesma paixão que fez o Francisco Horta, o nosso maior Presidente da história e protagonista da pequena introdução a esse texto que faço em agradecimento aos amigos que estavam ao nosso lado em nossa jornada.
Claro que receber o apoio de Francisco Horta a nossa candidatura com Ricardo Tenório é uma realização para todos nós que convivemos com essa figura genial e até muitas vezes não reconhecida por sua trajetória, que completa 45 anos, no próximo ano, com a Criação da Eterna Máquina Tricolor.
Saber que nosso Mestre Yoda, em nossa Cultura Jedi Tricolor, ainda nos abençoa, é gratificante demais e me enche de orgulho e fez voltar ao tempo para brilhar meus olhos de tricolor menino que ia aos estádios com meu pai sonhando com as travessuras que, aquele Presidente poderia inventar e que sonhamos nesse processo como exemplo.
Esse Junho é o mesmo que esperavam nossos torcedores e eleitores de nossa não sucedida trajetória, mas também de outros que nos venceram que foram neste pleito adversários e não inimigos, pois não podemos nunca ter como inimigos aqueles que vão conduzir o destino de nosso clube, que é nossa paixão. Seria autofagia por pura vaidade e isso não se reflete a um verdadeiro triunfo.
Temos que superar as eventuais rusgas que derivam do processo eleitoral e apoiar daqui pra frente à gestão de Mário Bittencourt e Celso Barros. Foram legitimamente eleitos e merecem nosso apoio e carinho.
Muito me incomodou nesse rápido processo que participei saber que o Fluminense muitas vezes se une ou se digladia por grupos. Nunca soube e não quero saber o que são agremiações, grupos e seus objetivos, como quase sempre gestos insanos que merecemos refletir se são legítimos os objetivos não forem ajudar o Fluminense ou se eternizar em brigas, ou para eternizar interesses que são injustificáveis na crise financeira em que vivemos e maior de nossa centenária história.
Temos como Tricolores que enfrentar uma dívida sem qualquer garantia de sua acurácia contábil entre os 600 e 700 milhões de Reais, com uma geração de caixa negativa e crescente e historicamente coberta por venda de direitos de jogadores cada vez mais jovens sem qualquer transparência e na Bacia das Almas!
Tornamo-nos frágeis e sem qualquer sistema imunológico ético quando em Xerém empresários navegam, como Zangões, captando jovens que, por nossa competência e até perfil divino de Xerém, conseguimos produzir.
Observamos funcionários saindo do circulo profissional e remunerado de nossa base e captando para si a “gestão profissional” de nossos atletas enquanto aceitamos placidamente esse JABACULE que alias quando foi questionado provocou, em carapuça, a indignação de muitos que sequer nominalmente haviam sido citados, como se o Rei estivesse nú – e só a garotinha estivesse percebendo.
A falta de governança faz com que sejamos hospedeiros de atletas e consequentemente seus salários e custeio como vitrines para eventual sucesso esportivo randômico sem qualquer remuneração por essa incubadora esquizofrênica para ex-atletas e promessas anônimas.
Foi para tentar mudar isso, que resolvi colocar meu tempo, não extra, mais minha experiência profissional de gerir crises colhidas de uma vida, que me dispus a doar. Quando muitos perguntavam como era possível eu “me meter nessa” tendo minha mãe (meu amor) doente e em uma fase importante da vida do meu filho, eu dizia que não sabia, mas fazia também por amor aos dois que me deram toda a força para ir nessa jornada.
Aliás, os amigos que estavam em nosso grupo de tricolores também me levavam a essa honrosa empreitada que foi bastante vitoriosa, por ter quase um terço dos votos em uma eleição com somente 3 semanas de campanha contra uma chapa estruturada por campanha iniciada há 4 anos com uma estrutura financeira extremamente superior e até inexplicável para buscar mandatos sem qualquer remuneração e que logicamente só a paixão de apoiadores descompromissados podem justificar e esperamos que o tempo comprove.
Agradeço todos os amigos do grupo nessa jornada e foram muitos mesmo alguns consegui me aproximar e desenvolvi novos amigos, reais Guerreiros Tricolores. Agradeço os que votaram em Ricardo Tenório e em mim.
