Faz tempo que não venho aqui conversar com vocês sobre o nosso Fluminense. Meu tempo, como disse no último texto publicado aqui, anda escasso. No entanto, com o final da temporada chegando e a certeza de que estaremos na elite do Brasileiro em 2020, além de outros fatos importantes que, de certa forma, possuem correlação conosco, fizeram-me vir até aqui para apresentar algumas questões que vêm ocupando a minha cabeça nos últimos meses.
Primeiramente, fico pasmo como muitos tricolores se deixam levar pelo que a mídia vende para eles. Esse papo furado que temos ouvido sobre “outro patamar” do nosso rival é uma propaganda orquestrada por quem detém o poder da comunicação e que tem interesse direto – sempre teve, aliás – na defesa do nosso arquirrival e seu consequente distanciamento de nós. Uma construção deliberada que foi criada há décadas e permanece forte até os dias atuais.
O Fluminense foi campeão da Copa do Brasil em 2007, encantando a América do Sul em 2008, quando o Héctor Baldassi roubou na mão grande o nosso título da Libertadores e nós fizemos a maior festa que uma torcida já fez no Maracanã em toda a sua história. Dois anos depois, em 2010, portanto, fomos campeões do Brasileiro. Em 2011, chegamos em terceiro lugar. Um ano depois, em 2012, fomos campeões do Carioca (numa das finais mais sem graça da história da competição, vencendo o Botafogo por 5×1 no placar agregado) e novamente do Brasileiro, com três rodadas de antecedência. Tudo isso com o suporte de um patrocínio forte, o maior do Brasil na época. Alguém ouviu em algum momento alguém da mídia dizer que estávamos em “outro patamar”?

Pois é.
E por que isso está acontecendo agora?
Importante lembrar que o nosso arquirrival recebeu, desde o fim do Clube dos 13, mais de UM BILHÃO de reais a mais do que o Fluminense. Vou colocar em números para dar a dimensão correta do hiato financeiro criado pelo Grupo Globo: R$ 1.000.000.000,00. Como disputar contra isso? É possível? É! Mas sigamos com o raciocínio.
Evidente que nosso rival fez por onde, arrumando a casa financeiramente. Não adianta receber tanto capital assim se não tiver alguém que saiba gerir dentro do clube.
E também é evidente que parte desse “outro patamar” é culpa nossa. Nossa não. Das gestões passadas que deixaram, de alguma forma, esse absurdo acontecer. Já era para o Fluminense, há muito tempo, ter renegociado a sua posição na distribuição de direto de transmissão. Não o fez. Agora, com o pires na mão, numa posição extremamente fragilizada, será muito difícil romper com essa estrutura criada pelo Grupo Globo que é tão nociva para o Fluminense e para todo o futebol brasileiro.
Por outro lado, não podemos deixar de mencionar que o capital dado pelo Grupo Globo ao nosso arquirrival é dele e cabe a ele dar para quem quiser. Não há como reclamar que haja uma paridade na distribuição do capital que não nos pertence. Assim como não dá para exigir nenhuma explicação que fundamente essa distribuição desigual. O que não podemos, como disse acima, é concordar com este circo. Pior ainda: fazer parte dele.
Como instituição pioneira em inúmeras vertentes e uma das mais tradicionais do futebol brasileiro, tínhamos a obrigação moral de liderar esse processo de confrontamento com o que está sendo feito pelo Grupo Globo. Procurar uma saída. Um novo parceiro que tenha interesse em desenvolver o futebol nacional e não apenas usar os demais clubes de futebol como degrau para, no final das contas, o protegido do Grupo Globo levantar a taça. Afinal, o capital distribuído pode até ser dele, mas o jogo transmitido também é o nosso. Não só do Fluminense, mas de todos os demais clubes do Brasil. Além disso, não custa lembrar o óbvio: em todo Fla-Flu há o Fla e também o Flu. Não vai pagar o que deve ser pago? Não tem transmissão. Simples assim.
Não é novo o que estou escrevendo aqui. Alguns times já bateram de frente com o todo poderoso Grupo Globo e foram, de certa forma, bem-sucedidos. Athlético-PR e Palmeiras são exemplos desse comportamento. Só que para ter êxito nesse movimento o clube precisa de planejamento e contar com fontes de receita alternativas. Não dá para entrar nessa luta morrendo de fome, aceitando qualquer trocado para conseguir comprar um pão dormido que seja.
Neste momento entra o Vasco, outro acontecimento recente que tem relação, ainda que indireta, conosco. Sua torcida, por conta de uma promoção feita pela Diretoria vascaína para possibilitar a associação em massa dela, comprou a ideia e levou o clube cruzmaltino ao topo da lista dos clubes com mais sócios do Brasil. A perspectiva é de que o Vasco, com essa quantidade de novos sócios mais os que já faziam parte do quadro de associados, receba R$ 6,2 MILHÕES limpos por mês. Além de uma resposta de amor pelo clube, que está num momento financeiro parecido com o nosso, é também uma resposta ao sistema de que no Brasil não há somente Flamengo. Há Vasco também.
Vejam, tricolores, que o Vasco está há anos e anos sem conquistar um título de peso. O último ocorreu em 2011 quando conquistaram a Copa do Brasil. Antes disso, fora o Brasileiro de 2000. Ou seja, em quase duas décadas, o Vasco conquistou um mísero título de Copa do Brasil, tendo sido rebaixado para a Segunda Divisão, dentro deste mesmo período, por três vezes (2008, 2013 e 2015)!
E qual é a resposta que os tricolores dão quando são convocados a associarem-se?
Eu, particularmente, recebo três tipos de respostas: a) condição financeira desfavorável; b) descrédito em relação à estrutura organizacional e política do cube; e c) descrédito em relação ao gestor do clube.
Cada um sabe onde o calo aperta. Não tenho como avaliar a condição financeira de ninguém. Se está apertado, não há o que ser feito. A única coisa que lembro é que o plano de sócio mais barato do clube custa R$ 9,90 por mês. Se a pessoa não tiver nem isso, torço para que ela consiga sair dessa situação o mais rápido possível e se eu tiver como ajudar, por favor, avise-me. De coração. No entanto, se a pessoa desconhecia essa possibilidade de contribuição, aí está: R$ 9,90 por mês e você contribui com o Fluminense para sair dessa.
Sobre a estrutura organizacional e política do clube, trata-se de um tema extremamente complexo e que deve ser debatido por todos. Concordo que a nossa estrutura não é eficiente e precisa ser repensada. Não precisa ser gênio para constatar isso. Basta olhar o caminho que temos tomado e seus respectivos resultados para verificar que do jeito que está não dá para continuar. Precisamos encontrar um novo rumo.
Entretanto, enquanto essa estrutura não é repensada e reconstruída, as contas permanecem vencendo mensalmente, o Fluminense continuar entrando em campo duas vezes por semana, os campeonatos permanecem sendo disputados e a história continua sendo contada pelos vencedores.
Já a questão sobre o descrédito em relação a quem gere o Fluminense eu penso ser a pior desculpa das três. Primeiro porque quem está lá foi eleito para estar lá. Portanto, tem legitimidade para gerir as riquezas do clube. Segundo porque é justamente sendo sócio que você terá o direto de escolher quem será o gestor do clube. A saída, portanto, não é se afastar. Pelo contrário, é estar bem perto. Até para fiscalizar o que vem sendo feito.
O ponto, no final das contas, é que nós, torcedores do Fluminense, temos uma pergunta a responder. Uma pergunta que define o que realmente queremos. Pois de absolutamente nada adianta reclamar sem ajudar. É contraproducente. Sequer reverbera. E a pergunta em questão é: o que o Fluminense significa para você na sua vida?
Se for um passatempo ou um tópico para você ter sobre o que discutir quando o assunto for futebol ou uma mera escolha para satisfazer a sanha da sociedade que exige a torcida por um time de futebol ou algo que simplesmente não mexe com você, que é desinteressante… Então, tenho a certeza que essa pessoa não chegou até aqui.
Se você, por outro lado, chegou até aqui é porque se importa. É porque o Fluminense explica você de alguma forma. É porque a sua vida e o Fluminense confundem-se. E é exatamente contigo que estou conversando. Se você ainda não é sócio do Fluminense, faça um favor para nós três: torne-se um ainda hoje! O Fluminense Football Club e sua imensa e apaixonada torcida agradecerão. Nossa história toda foi criada por nós, torcedores. Nunca tivemos a ajuda do Governo, como é praxe nos demais clubes. E não será agora que teremos.
Nós necessitamos da nossa própria ajuda. Se o Fluminense somos todos nós, cabe a nós salvá-lo. Ou, no mínimo, tentar. E conseguiremos! Porque assim é o Fluminense: vencedor.

Sou sócio desde fevereiro, mas o retorno é zero (sou sócio de apaixonado e teimoso mesmo). Como já foi citado o site é arcaico, não tem se quer um contador de sócios, parece coisa feita por amador, aliás o amadorismo impera no nosso clube a tempo, desde Celso/Unimed que enchia os bolsos dos jogadores de dinheiro e deixava o clube a míngua e hj se paga de amiguinho de jogadores.
Vou aguardar o lançamento do próximo plano de sócios que Mario prometeu para ano que vem e pretendo fazer um upgrade para ter poder de voto na próxima eleição, moro em SC e quero ver o clube mais forte.
