Hoje não há muito clima para conversa depois do que aconteceu aos atletas da base e funcionários do Flamengo. O horror pelo qual passaram não me motiva a falar sobre frivolidades (o áudio do jovem sobrevivente relatando a sua experiência é angustiante). A vida continua, como sabemos, mas o humor precisa ser recuperado para essa continuação. E ele ainda não voltou. Peço desculpas por isso. De qualquer forma, tenho duas coisas rápidas para falar para vocês.
A primeira é que todos os responsáveis sejam devidamente responsabilizados. Não há mais espaço para mortes em vão na nossa cidade. Não foi uma tragédia inevitável, que foge às nossas ações. Foi desleixo. Foi “jeitinho”. Há mais de TRINTA autos de infração lavrados pela Prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro contra o Flamengo por causa do Ninho do Urubu, que usou o espaço para alojar seus jovens quando nele deveria ser um estacionamento. Portanto, construiu irregularmente e, pior, colocou pessoas indefesas para dormir no local antes da sua devida regularização. Pessoas que sequer eram maiores de idade, diga-se. Uma covardia ímpar. E pior anda se avaliarmos que se trata de um clube que, recentemente, vem arrecadando anualmente quase meio bilhão de reais! E o que falar da Prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro? Como 30 autos de infração são lavrados e nada acontece? Quais forças foram imprimidas na tramitação desses autos? Quais barreiras foram encontradas? Qual a explicação para que tanta irregularidade sem a devida resposta por parte do Flamengo não tenha gerado as competentes ações judiciais?
A campanha virtual iniciada espontaneamente por todos continua. #ForçaFlamengo! Mas o Flamengo desse voto refere-se aos familiares e amigos das vítimas e aos torcedores que, como sempre, são os que realmente sofrem por causa do sentimento que nutrimos pelos nossos clubes. À instituição, o rigor da Lei. E que seus dirigentes sejam responsabilizados pelo que fizeram. Que parte desse meio bilhão de reais seja usado para indenizar as famílias. Jamais reparará a perda sofrida, mas ajudará a sobreviver o caos.
A segunda é que o Fluminense precisa tomar esse evento como exemplo e prestar a devida atenção à Xerém. A Prefeitura, numa tentativa de colocar-nos no mesmo balaio, fala que o nosso Centro de Treinamento também não está regularizado. A pequena – mas imensa – diferença é que o nosso CT não é usado como alojamento. Usamos o local para treinar o time profissional, que é dispensado após as atividades. Ainda assim, que o Fluminense se mexa para regularizar o local, evidentemente.
Já Xerém não! Lá moram inúmeros jovens que têm, no Fluminense, o sonho de serem jogadores de futebol. O Fluminense, portanto, tem a obrigação de zelar por essas vidas. Espero que o clube já tenha essa preocupação e que tudo esteja sendo providenciado para nossos atletas da base morarem no local com segurança. Se essa conscientização natural ainda não existe, que o erro cometido pelo Flamengo sirva de lição para nossos gestores.
