André Valentim, procurador do TJD, em entrevista ao jornal Extra, afirmou que denúncias virão por aí. Apesar de não informar ainda quais artigos seriam citados, o procurador foi taxativo:
— Eu estou analisando. Teve esse rebuliço todo. Vai sair denúncia, não tenha dúvida.
São dois casos destintos. No caso do Vasco, por ser mandante da partida, deve ser enquadrado por causa da confusão no lado de fora do Maracanã, por exemplo. Afinal de contas, foi seu próprio presidente que incitou a torcida vascaína a comparecer, mesmo sem ter a garantia de entrada dos torcedores.

Por parte do Fluminense, o presidente Pedro Abad é que está na mira. Isso pelas declarações do presidente, que se retiradas do contexto, fala em convocar o torcedor para uma “guerra”. Mas isso deve se esvaziar, pois na sequência o próprio presidente desencoraja os torcedores de comparecerem no estádio. O problema maior seria pelo fato do Flu ter acionado a Justiça comum antes de esgotar a esfera desportiva. Mas que esfera esportiva?
