Luiz Henrique fala sobre a missão de preencher a vaga de Caio Paulista no time titular do Flu: “É uma responsabilidade grande substituí-lo”
Caio Paulista teve uma lesão detectada na coxa direita e por isso ficou de fora dos dois jogos das oitavas de final da Copa do Brasil, contra o Criciúma. Por conta disso, coube a Luiz Henrique a missão de substituir o atacante no time titular do Fluminense. Em entrevista ao ge, o camisa 34 do Flu falou sobre essa nova oportunidade que vem tendo com o técnico Roger Machado.
– Nosso grupo é muito forte. Quem entra conta com a confiança de todo mundo. O Caio vinha muito bem e é uma responsabilidade grande substituí-lo, nós temos algumas características parecidas e algumas diferenças também. Vou sempre fazer o meu melhor para ajudar a equipe.
Luiz era titular no início da temporada, mas com o passar do tempo acabou perdendo espaço. O atacante comentou que está pronto para voltar a começar uma partida pelo Flu, mas que irá respeitar qualquer decisão do técnico Roger, pois o objetivo é ajudar a equipe.
– Eu quero ser titular, como todo mundo quer jogar e isso faz um grupo forte também. Se o professor entender que eu vou ajudar mais começando o jogo, vou estar pronto para isso. Eu sinto que tenho ajudado o time começando ou entrando no segundo tempo.

Nesta terça-feira (3), Luiz Henrique terá mais uma oportunidade de mostrar seu futebol para a torcida e para o treinador. O Tricolor entrará em campo pelo segundo jogo das oitavas de final da Libertadores, às 19h15 (horário de Brasília), no Maracanã, contra o Cerro Porteño. O Flu venceu o primeiro jogo por 2 a 0 e por isso pode perder por até um gol de diferença que avança.

Muito legal o respeito pelo companheiro kesionado, mas se LH jogar o que sabe e mantiver regularidade, dificilmente Caio Paulista recuperará a vaga na equipe.
