Maracanã: empresa notifica Fluminense por dívida de R$ 5,1 milhões
Segundo a coluna “De Primeira”, do Uol Esportes, a empresa “Sunset” notificou extrajudicialmente o Fluminense por conta de uma dívida de R$ 5,168 milhões referente ao não-pagamento de serviços prestados em jogos no Maracanã. O documento foi enviado no início desse mês e assinado pela vice-presidente do grupo, Solange Abreu, e pelo advogado Luiz Otávio Barros Dutra. No registro, informa que “constam débitos de serviços de segurança patrimonial, limpeza e conservação, controlador de acesso e facilities que remonta ao ano de 2017” – período que o clube era gerido pelo ex-presidente Pedro Abad.
A empresa relatou que não obteve resposta do clube em outras notificações: “já notificamos extrajudicialmente, em diversas outras ocasiões, sem obtermos respostas e, mesmo diante dessas circunstâncias, os serviços continuaram sendo prestados”. O grupo Sunset decidiu romper a prestação de serviços ao Flu enquanto parte da dívida não for quitada: “teremos que encerrar nossa atividade de prestação de serviços a partir de 01 de agosto de 2020 caso os pagamentos não sejam iniciados/realizados.”
