Calegari demorou um pouco, mas embalou na lateral direita e evoluiu bastante. Lá na frente o problema segue. E então nos resta Felippe Cardoso ou improvisar alguém pra “centroavância”.
Quando se tem uma fábrica de talentos, uma das melhores bases do país, não é preciso ir longe ou gastar rios de dinheiro para contratar. Se for para gastar, que gaste para mantê-los aqui conosco – e aí, quem sabe, vender por mais do que um salgado e um guaravita.
A transição da base para o profissional exige calma. Mas para poder ter calma, tem que ter planejamento. E isso é algo que parece inexistir no dicionário da diretoria. O ideal é que essa transição aconteça de forma gradual, para que os meninos se acostumem com o jogo diferente, ganhem corpo, experiência e evoluam conforme joguem. Se não tem planejamento, não tem transição e os garotos são jogados na fogueira, com a urgência de jogarem bem. Não podem subir já com a necessidade de serem protagonistas, pois é assim que queimaremos nossas joias.
Se perdemos nosso centroavante titular NO INÍCIO DO ANO e já vimos que as contratações não dão conta, o que falta para começar a subir os garotos? Se 2020 nos mostrou que nossos meias e volantes são pesados e lentos, o que falta para subir os garotos? Se tivemos um lateral esquerdo que entregou mais do que ajudou, O QUE FALTA PARA SUBIR OS GAROTOS?
Olhem o Palmeiras dando um baile no River em pleno Monumental com três garotos da base dando um show. Olhem o Jean Pyerre no Grêmio, o Gabriel Sara no São Paulo… não faltam exemplos.
Lógico que podem não corresponder ou demorar mais do que imaginamos para isso, mas tem que testar. Obrigatório. Chega de contratação cara e inútil para compor elenco. Vejam bem, não estou dizendo que temos que parar de contratar, não é isso. Mas já que os recursos são escassos, então que façamos bom uso deles. Apostas como Michel Araújo e Pacheco são bem vindas. Medalhões como Nenê, Henrique e Egídio não. Jogadores do nível de Felippe Cardoso também não.
A diretoria já tem que pensar na próxima temporada. Não teremos o tempo de praxe para reformular elenco e adaptar. Temporada de 2021 já começou e é preciso pensar na subida desses meninos com certa urgência. Se queremos eles para esse “ano” ou pro próximo, já era pra estar subindo. Claro, isso tudo acompanhado de um técnico que saiba extrair o melhor deles, mas isso é assunto para outra hora.
