Pai de Miguel nega participação em acordo de Flu e Vasco
Em entrevista ao site “UOL”, o pai do atleta Miguel afirmou não ter participação na composição do acordo envolvendo Fluminense e Vasco, que permaneceu com 30% dos direitos econômicos do jogador, após a saída dele do clube. Nossa reportagem confirmou a a existência desse acordo, realizado na época em que Miguel retornou ao Fluminense, após uma ação movida na 5ª vara do Trabalho (processo n° 0100049-89.2017.5.01.0005), onde as partes anuíram pela desistência. Ao “UOL”, José Roberto disse o seguinte:
– Não sabia da existência desse documento. Soube disso tem um ano. E só de ouvir dizer. Nunca me apresentaram esse documento. Se eu soubesse, riria de quem assinou. Juridicamente é um contrato inválido. Não pode assinar contrato de menino menor que 14 anos – afirmou o pai do jogador, que também é seu agente.
Ainda que Fluminense e Vasco afirmem que tal documento existe, e é válido – onde a divisão dos direitos econômicos se desenhou assim: 60% com o Tricolor, 30% Vasco e 10% com o atleta – José Roberto Lopes afirma não haver validade jurídica no documento, uma vez, segundo o próprio, teria sido feito sem a sua anuência:

– Se um clube falar pro outro que não paga, não tem como cobrar a partir deste documento. É um compromisso moral, não há validade jurídica. Não pode fazer contrato assim com um menino de 13 anos. Antes, se o Fluminense quisesse dar 30% do que tinha direito, poderia. Mas falar que esse documento lá de trás, quando o Miguel era uma criança, tem validade jurídica, é loucura. Não há como cobrar isso na Justiça.
Em relação ao processo movido diante do Vasco, José Roberto disse que seu único interesse era conseguir um caminho melhor para seus filhos e explicou o motivo de sua desistência, ressaltando que não participou de qualquer acordo com as partes:
– Desisti do processo porque não havia mais vínculo do Miguel com o Vasco. Eu já havia ganho uma liminar na Justiça que o Vasco nem sequer recorreu. Ele já estava até jogando no Fluminense. O Vasco não mostrou mais interesse. Para mim, o assunto estava encerrado, e por isso desisti da ação. Não estive em acordo nenhum.
José Roberto aproveitou para rebater as informações veiculadas no próprio “UOL”, que afirmou que o pai do jogador procurou o Flamengo, mas que se recusou a ir para o clube da Gávea por conta do não atendimento à duas exigências: que o Miguel subisse de categoria e que o clube também contratasse seu filho mais velho, Gabriel. De acordo com ele, a recusa teria partido do lado do jogador, que foi convencido a ir pro Fluminense, mesmo estando apalavrado com o rival:
– Recusei ir para o Flamengo. Se estão falando outra coisa, é dor de cotovelo. A proposta deles não era mais alta. Me ofereceram R$ 2.500 e curso de inglês para meus filhos. Mas aí, o Fluminense me ligou para conversar. Eu tinha dado minha palavra ao Fla e disse que só mudaria se convencessem o Miguel. Os dirigentes foram à minha casa, e nós voltamos por vontade do Miguel.
EPISÓDIO COM ABAD E PROPOSTAS EUROPEIAS:
Ao comentar sobre a renovação do jogador com o Flu, José Roberto expôs as propostas e negociações existentes à época:
– Na prática, o jogador já estava livre, então fui para a Europa e estive por três dias com o Mino Raiola. No PSG, o Mino conseguiu negociar o Miguel por 25 milhões de euros. Liguei para o presidente [Pedro] Abad, que estava em Londres, e ele disse que queria 7 milhões de euros. No dia seguinte, o Mino mandaria o jato para Londres para buscá-lo e assinar contrato. O problema é que Abad ficou internado em Londres com trombose por dois dias. Faltavam três dias para o fim do mandato. Não fechamos. O Mino não poderia vir ao Brasil. O Abad ligou, pediu para fechar com o Fluminense, deu sua palavra. Eu sabia que quem ia entrar era uma pessoa difícil – se referindo ao atual presidente , Mário Bittencourt – mas fechei. O Mino dividiria tudo comigo, mas mesmo com 12,5 milhões de euros no bolso, ficamos no Flu.
RELACIONAMENTO COM A SELEÇÃO E A CBF
Um outro ponto abordado na entrevista, foi a questão envolvendo a seleção brasileira e a CBF. José Roberto afirmou que a principal entidade do futebol brasileiro ficou “magoada” com o fato dele ter pedido a dispensa do filho e ainda atribuiu isso a o fato do Diniz, então treinador do Fluminense, ter solicitado a dispensa do jogador da seleção após um jogo importante pela Copa do Brasil:
– Eles ficaram magoados com o pedido de dispensa e descontaram no Miguel, mas ele não tinha nada a ver com isso. Depois desse segundo episódio, o Miguel ligou me pedindo para buscar ele lá na Granja Comary. Não queria mais jogar, disse que a seleção não era para ele, e que o treinador estava “esculachando” ele na frente de todo mundo todos os dias.
– Miguel jogou a Copa do Brasil, e no outro dia, o Fernando Diniz pediu que a CBF o dispensasse. Aí, o Fluminense fez a vontade do Diniz. Depois disso, o Dalla Dea transformou a vida do Miguel em um inferno. Na primeira convocação, depois, na frente de todos, ele disse que, se não quisesse jogar pela seleção, ele disse que, se não quisesse jogar pela seleção, não precisava nem ir. Na segunda convocação, ele estava treinando, e o Dalla Dea esculachou ele para amarrar a chuteira. O treino acabou, e os jogadores subiram para o alojamento. Enquanto subiam, Yan Couto, Miguel e Reinier, que estavam juntos, viram uma reunião no campo e desceram. Aí, o Dalla Déa mandou o Miguel subir. Quando o Miguel perguntou o motivo, o técnico mandou ele “calar a boca”.
– Como uma pessoa da CBF me mandava mensagem, eu pensei: ‘vou falar com ele’, para ver o que estava acontecendo. Mas me informaram que não recebiam nem pai e nem empresário de jogador. Aí, mandei a carta, dizendo que tínhamos a intenção de jogar por Portugal, e pedindo que Miguel não fosse convocado para as seleções do Guilherme Dalla Dea. Mas não fechei as portas. Se as duas seleções o quisessem, ele faria a opção. Depois disso, nunca mais procurei a CBF. Não conheço pessoalmente ninguém lá.
