Paralisação do Carioca: Reunião confusa e ainda sem definição. Flu é a favor da pausa
Para ou não para? Essa é a definição que está sendo discutida na sede da FERJ no dia de hoje. Enquanto todas as federações do Brasil estão pausando os campeonatos, o Cariocão parece ainda haver muita divergência entre os clubes para tomarem uma decisão em comum. As informações são dos repórteres Victor Lessa, da Rádio Globo e Caio Blois, do UOL.
Alguns pontos da reunião:
- Fluminense e Botafogo votaram a favor da paralisação imediata do campeonato.
- A reunião demorou para começar por alguns motivos. Alguns dirigentes se atrasaram, e também porque o presidente da federação Rubens Lopes, ficou reunido com o presidente do Flamengo, Rodolfo Landim por mais de 40 minutos, a sós. Esse foi um dos motivos que o presidente do Vasco, Alexandre Campello deixou a reunião irritado, afirmando que teria outros compromissos, inclusive, na sede da CBF.
- Após a saída, Campello deixou um representante. João Paulo Magalhães, que é dirigente do Boavista.
- O Flamengo e os clubes de menor investimento manifestaram desejo de seguir com a competição. Como a paralisação da competição seria por um longo período, há divergência entre clubes se vale a pena aproveitar esse período antes do crescimento agudo do coronavírus no Rio de Janeiro.
