Pedro Antônio não disputará eleições no Flu
Depois de um momento conturbado politicamente no Fluminense por causa da mudança do estatuto do clube e muito se falou sobre quem iria ser os candidatos.
O ex-presidente de projetos especiais do Fluminense anunciou, por uma carta, que não irá participar das eleições. Pedro alega que há vários políticos dentro do clube com ambições pessoais para conseguir privilégios e não um comprometimento real com o clube avançar.
Pedro Antônio frisou ainda que o clube não pode e nem deve ter novo mecenas, pois o Fluminense tem que encontrar meios de se equilibrar financeiramente com patrocínios, marcas , parceiros, sem depender de cotas de tv ou um empresário. Apesar disso, afirmou também que estuda ajudar o Flu no futuro e defende uma separação do clube social do departamento de futebol.
