O trabalho começou com posse de bola e movimentação, logo após o aquecimento. Num campo reduzido, o objetivo era encontrar um companheiro livre para finalizar nas laterais. Na sequência, foi a vez de focar nas jogadas de contra-ataque, cruzamento na área e finalização de média distância.
Marcelo cobra a galera, além da posse de bola, inteligência na posse. Passes curtos, longos, invertidas de jogo. Ele procura passar que sempre haverá uma jogada a ser construída.
