Samuel ‘Granada’ recebe apenas uma advertência do STJD por expulsão no Brasileirão de Aspirantes
O atacante Samuel ‘Granada’ conseguiu se livrar de um gancho no STJD. O centroavante havia sido incurso no artigo 254-A após ser expulso por agredir um jogador do Corinthians no Brasileirão de Aspirantes e poderia pegar até 12 jogos de suspensão. Mas o Tribunal optou apenas por advertir o jogador.
Os auditores do STJD inicialmente desqualificaram o voto do relator, que pedia a suspensão por quatro partidas por infração ao artigo 254-A e enquadraram Samuel ‘Granada’ no artigo 250 por “prática desleal ou hostil”. Podendo pegar de um a três jogos de suspensão, conforme o Código Brasileiro de Justiça Desportiva (CBJD).
Art. 250. Praticar ato desleal ou hostil durante a partida, prova ou equivalente.
PENA: suspensão de uma a três partidas, provas ou equivalentes, se praticada por atleta, mesmo
se suplente, treinador, médico ou membro da comissão técnica, e suspensão pelo prazo de quinze a
sessenta dias, se praticada por qualquer outra pessoa natural submetida a este Código. (AC).§ 1º Constituem exemplos da infração prevista neste artigo, sem prejuízo de outros: (AC).
I – impedir de qualquer forma, em contrariedade às regras de disputa do jogo, uma
oportunidade clara de gol, pontuação ou equivalente; (AC).
II – empurrar acintosamente o companheiro ou adversário, fora da disputa da jogada.
(AC).
Mas, por unanimidade, converteram a pena de um jogo em uma advertência. Mesmo que pegasse um gancho, o jovem goleador, ainda assim não desfalcaria o Flu no Campeonato Carioca. Uma vez que uma eventual suspensão só valeria para competições nacionais.

Relembre a expulsão
O lance ocorreu enquanto Samuel ainda defendia o Fluminense Sub-23. O atacante se irritou com a marcação de um jogador corintiano e acabou acertando um chute no adversário. Por isso, recebeu o cartão vermelho direto. Confira abaixo:

Por causa da jogada, a promotoria denunciou Samuel ‘Granada’ primeiramente no artigo 254-A do CBJD.

(Incluído pela Resolução CNE nº 29 de 2009)
Um dos artilheiros do Sub-23 em 2020, Samuel faz parte do grupo que inicia o Cariocão 2021 enquanto o time principal se prepara para a estreia na Copa Libertadores — possivelmente na próxima quarta-feira (10). O atacante, inclusive, começou como titular na derrota por 2 a 1 para o Resende. Mas saiu para a entrada do jovem Arthur na segunda etapa.
