O Fluminense segue se movimentando nos bastidores já pensando em possíveis nomes para reforçar o elenca para a próxima temporada. Um dos nomes que estão presentes na enorme lista de possíveis contratações do Fluminense, é o nome do atacante argentino Keko. No mês passado, o GE informou que o tricolor procurou o agente do agora ex-jogador do Goiás, uma vez que o clube goiano já anunciou que ele não terá o contrato renovado no fim de dezembro.
Contratado para a temporada 2020 pelo Esmeraldino (veio de graça), o argentino, ao contrário dos outros jogadores do elenco, recebia seu salário em dólar. Como a variação cambial foi muito elevada durante todo ano, o salário do atleta pode ser considerado alto para a o Fluminense, sendo esse o provável empecilho. Ele disputou 28 partidas ao longo da temporada e marcou dois gols, ambos no estadual, e teve 4 assistências em 1896 minutos em campo pelo clube goiano. O baixinho atacante, de 1,59 m, costuma jogar pelos lados do ataque. Revelado pelas categorias de base do River Plate, da Argentina, ele acumula passagens também por Argentinos Juniors, Veracruz e Querétaro – os dois últimos do México.

Apesar de ter balançado as redes apenas duas vezes pelo Goiás, de acordo com dados do SofaScore, a movimentação do jogador nas 18 partidas disputadas no Brasileirão chama a atenção, principalmente em todo o setor ofensivo, estando presente em ambos os lados do campo com bastante frequência, mostrando ser um atleta que pode atuar em várias posições.

Keko foi um dos vários estrangeiros contratados pelo Verdão em 2020 e foi o que mais entrou em campo. Apesar de não balançar as redes no Brasileirão, era um dos destaques do time. Quem assistiu os seus jogos no Goiás, sabe que tipo de jogador ele era. Mesmo com uma baixa estatura, é um atleta de poucos passes, mas gosta muito do famoso “1-2”, quando toca e passa para receber mais na frente. Como um bom argentino, tem o drible, o um contra um e boa movimentação como suas principais características.
Além disso, observamos que ele também é um jogador que sabe executar bons cruzamentos quando avança pelas pontas e tem uma boa bola parada, seja em faltas ou escanteios. Com certeza, se o elenco goiano fosse mais qualificado e não perdesse tantos gols, o número de assistências de Keko seria muito maior. O argentino também se destaca pela rápida tomada de decisão em algumas situações em que é exigido.

Keko, por características, não é um jogador que marca muitos gols. Se for pegar os números da sua carreira, nunca fez mais de seis gols em uma temporada por um clube. Nos últimos anos no Veracruz-MEX (14/15 até 17/18), foram 137 jogos e 19 gols marcados em quatro anos. Além disso, o jogador já vestiu a camisa da Argentina no Mundial Sub-17 em 2009. Foram 5 jogos e 3 bolas na rede.
Com o clube mexicano, na temporada 2015/16 foi campeão do Clausura, o segundo turno do campeonato mexicano, com o jogador sendo um dos principais nomes do clube na campanha. Ele também estava no River Plate na campanha do acesso da segunda divisão e também, ganhou uma Copa da Argentina.

Por receber em dólar, realmente, isso pode ser um empecilho em sua contratação, visto que as finanças tricolores não estão muito favoráveis. Mas falando do jogador em si, seria sim um bom nome. Pelas seu estilo de jogo, seria um nome melhor, inclusive, que o Lucca e, atualmente, que Fernando Pacheco (nem comparo a Caio Paulista e Felippe Cardoso pois devem deixar o clube no fim de fevereiro). Keko é um jogador que poderia atender aos interesses do Fluminense, principalmente dentro de campo. Por jogar nas duas pontas e ser um atleta bastante versátil e com rápido poder de tomada de decisão, poderia auxiliar o tricolor na fase de organização ofensiva, hoje o principal problema do time. Comparando até com um outro atleta que fez sucesso no Flu, o argentino tem características semelhantes à Wellington Nem na sua passagem em 2012. Pequeno, que não faz muito gol, mas gosta de driblar e ir para o um contra um contra os defensores. Apesar de ter voltado muito mal ano passado, o ex-jogador de Xerém, fez muito sucesso no ano que o Flu foi tetracampeão brasileiro. Não é a toa, que foi vendido para o Shakthar Donetsk, da Ucrânia, no ano seguinte.
Como está sem clube, o Flu não teria custos para trazê-lo. Talvez gastaria algo em luvas (prêmio por assinatura). Mas como TODA contratação, é uma aposta. Entretanto, pela necessidade de homens que pensem fora da caixa no ataque (e muitas vezes precisando de experiência) vejo Keko como um bom nome para o ataque. Se vão trazer ou não, é outra história.
Como fez carreira no futebol mexicano, ainda tem mercado por lá. Aos 28 anos, seu futuro ainda está indefinido. Houve algumas sondagens de clubes argentinos e do mundo árabe também, mas nada ainda concreto.
