SOB A LUZ DO REFLETOR – Treinar Para Que?
Já dizia o baixinho: Treinar para que?. Marcão e nossa comissão técnica, com óbvio aval da diretoria, pensam o mesmo. Não adianta vir na coletiva, após a ridícula atuação diante do bem organizado, e TREINADO, Fortaleza e dizer que “…os jogadores entenderam e precisam treinar mais..”. Vamos aos fatos recentes:
- Flu jogou contra o Bragantino no dia 26/09, no Maracanã, ou seja: sem precisar viajar.
- Flu ganhou 9 dias até seu próximo compromisso, devido o adiamento do jogo contra o Santos. Excluindo ai o dia 26/09 que atuou e o dia 06/10, quando voltou a campo. 9 dias inteiros.
- Flu teve a seguinte agenda:
27/09 = Folga 28/09 = Folga 29/09 = treino a tarde 30/09 = treino pela manhã
1/10 = treino pela manhã 2/10 = treino a tarde 3/10= folga 4/10 = treino a tarde

Então o Fluminense ganha 9 dias de intervalo e a gente tem que ficar escutando ladainha de que não tem tempo para isso, não tem tempo para aquilo, que é difícil a vida do treinador…Marcão dos 9 dias deu 3 de folga. Sendo que do jogo realizado contra o Bragantino até o primeiro treino, se passaram 3 dias….72 horas. Ai chegou a conclusão de que precisamos treinar mais. Ah para! Pelo amor de Deus!
Podemos acrescentar o fato notório, que o nosso time cai de produção absurdamente na segunda etapa dos jogos. É claríssimo como o time prega, mas vamos dar 3 dias de folga para os caras, estão correndo muito. Se ainda quisermos ir um pouco mais além, vamos dar uma olhada na forma física de alguns, como a do Wellington, do Cazares….
O que vimos na quarta feira foi um time com elenco limitado, bem menos valorizado do que o nosso, dar uma aula tática, aula de arrumação, de jogadas ensaiadas, em geral, de treinamentos. O Fortaleza treina com certeza e o faz melhor do que a gente. Porque também tem treinos e treinos. Mas não vou entrar nessa seara, até por falta de conhecimento de como funcionam os treinos no Fluminense. Uma coisa eu sei: 9 dias para se preparar para jogar contra uma equipe que tem números altíssimos de gols de bola parada. levamos dois gols assim. Joga todo modelo de treino fora e repensa uma nova forma de treinar.
Fortaleza, do excelente técnico argentino, fez um primeiro tempo de disputa, fazendo um jogo travado e segurando o Flu, que é muito limitado para criar contra times fechados e 100% previsível. Eles fecharam as portas para nossos pontas, fecharam o jogo e o empate levaram pro vestiário, quando já retornaram com 2 trocas nos atacantes, pressionando a saída de bola e ganhando escanteios. É claro que o argentino lá já percebeu que o Flu cansa no segundo tempo, óbvio. Até minha digníssima filha de 9 anos percebe.
Nas bolas aéreas foi um massacre. Na frente ganhamos uma, que o Fred desperdiçou. Atrás dois gols tomados, com uma facilidade absurda. Se o sistema de marcação é homem a homem, vai levar gol, porque o bloqueio acontece e se perde o atacante. Se marca zona, como a imensa maioria dos times hoje, precisa treinar. Precisa haver um bloqueio desses caras que vem de trás com uma impulsão maior, do que, obviamente, quem está parado.
Sim Marcão, precisa treinar mais. Dificilmente você terá outra chance igual, com essa quantidade de dias disponíveis, sem viagem nenhuma prevista, para treinar mais esse time. Aqui não falo só de treinar bolas aéreas defensivas, falo de treinar tudo mesmo. Flu hoje não tem uma jogada ensaiada, uma movimentação que você diga que é tradicional desse time. Os únicos que tentam algo diferente são Luís Henrique e Arias, que o Big Mark insiste em manter no banco. O Colombiano é titular absoluto desse time, só pelas ideias que traz na organização do time, da dinâmica que da, acelerando, buscando as tabelas, as enfiadas. Deixa o Caio Paulista para substituir o LH.

- Não aguento mais o Danilo Barcelos e olha que depois de 789 faltas cobradas, conseguiu acertar a trave. Mas não aguento mais ele, não é possível que não tenha algo melhor no clube.
