Uma verdadeira matilha resolveu colocar suas garras e caras de fora e, num dos ABSURDOS somente proporcionado no combalido campeonato Carioca, utilizando de argumentos estapafúrdios e rasos – além de sem nenhum embasamento jurídico – resolveu afrontar contratos legítimos e com efeitos legais, além de, PASMEM(!!!), não uma, mas duas DECISÕES JUDICIAIS.
A FERJ alega que em seu “maravilhoso” regulamento, o mandante do jogo decisivo, pode escolher o lado em que sua torcida ficará. A pergunta é: sabe em qual jogo isso terá impacto? Pois é, somente em jogos que envolvam Fluminense e Vasco. Isso porque, tirando qualquer um desses, as outras combinações não terão qualquer desentendimento.
O Vasco alega que tem um “direito”, uma tradição, de ocupar um espaço no Maracanã. Mas o estádio não é mais o mesmo; as entradas das torcidas não é mais a mesma; e, o principal, a ADMINISTRAÇÃO do estádio agora pertence a iniciativa privada, que tem CONTRATO EM VIGOR, com um clube. Esse contrato, sob qualquer hipótese, garante o direito do Fluminense, de ocupar o espaço que lhe convier, e o Fluminense optou por ocupar o lado sul. Desde 2013 é assim, e sempre foi seguido a rigor.

Já o Consórcio Maracanã, alega que, nos termos do contrato que tem com o Fluminense, lhe permitiria mediar acordos, e entendeu que isso significa que PODE desenhar qualquer acordo que o Flu terá de cumprir. E o pior, foi omisso em todos os momentos, se esquivou de toda e qualquer responsabilidade e, ainda por cima, entrou contra o seu próprio parceiro comercial na justiça. Nada mais ABSURDO.
Em primeiro lugar, nenhum regulamento de campeonato se sobrepõe à qualquer acordo que é garantido POR LEI. Não é bagunça – muito embora estejamos no Brasil. Em segundo, passar por cima de decisões judiciais não implica em somente pagar por uma multa expressa, em decisão judicial. Isso implica em mais complicações aos responsáveis pelo ENFRENTAMENTO da decisão. E sinceramente, esperamos que a magistrada, que proferiu essas decisões, faça valer as leis!
Sobre o frágil, e quase infantil, argumento do Vasco, não há o que se falar. A não ser que eles pleiteiam um direito que não existe legalmente, em um estádio que não existe mais e que hoje é administrado por uma iniciativa privada. Qual é a dificuldade de entender isso? Ah, a tradição? E quando o Vasco manda os clássicos em São Januário, com 10% da carga de ingressos aos visitantes? Ai pode esquecer da tradição, né? Faça-me o favor! Nada mais PUERIL!
Para finalizar, esse argumento de que o Flu é péssimo pagador e blá-blá-blá, não cabe nesse caso, Está em dívida? Execute o contrato, o que está previsto ali, ou na forma da lei. Ponto! Não tem a menor relação.
Estão, mais uma vez, tentando FRITAR o Fluminense. Em outras oportunidades, nós estávamos somente aí, nas arquibancadas, e ficamos indignados tanto quanto qualquer tricolor, mas sem poder fazer nada. Sabemos, também, que apenas uma fração da torcida tricolor nos conhece e nos acompanha. Mas vamos levantar a voz, junto com todos, e trazer sempre as informações verdadeiras. Nos comprometemos com isso.

Ontem, em reportagem do Globo Esporte, Vasco confirma que conversa com consórcio Maracanã para um acordo nos moldes que tem com Flu e Flamengo. Lembre-se de que o Flu foi o primeiro clube que fechou com o consórcio, e que garantiu a concessão a manutenção do contrato dela com o governo quando, sozinho, dava condições para tanto. O consórcio não está satisfeito? Rescinda o contrato! Pague a multa prevista! E pronto, vida que segue para todos. O Flu é muito maior do que o Maracanã, FERJ e etc. Eles precisam da gente…

Duas situações, a primeira o Sr. Rubens Lopes tem bronca do Fluminense desde 2002 quando da semi do carioca entre Fluminense e Bangu, portanto o que puder fazer pra prejudicar será feito. A segunda é você não ter estádio próprio, porque se o Fluminense tivesse estádio próprio e no caso ter que jogar a final no Maracanã não ia fazer diferença o lado que a torcida ia ficar, agora isso tudo tem que ser analisado, na minha opinião para 2020 forma – se um time sub – 23 e disputa esse campeonato medíocre com o sub – 23 e o time principal teria a pré temporada estendida pra disputar as competições mais importantes ( Copa do Brasil, Sula, Campeonato Brasileiro )
Na minha opinião o Fluminense não jogaria mais no Maracanã, esse estádio de merda só apequena o clube.
