O presidente do Conselho Deliberativo tricolor, Braz Massullo, irá estabelecer ainda nesta quinta-feira a assembléia para realizar a votação do orçamento de 2020 que vai ocorrer no próximo dia 6 de agosto (quinta-feira), às 20h. No último dia 20 deste mês (segunda-feira) uma reunião totalmente online foi feita como um teste, e ainda que tenham tido alguns problemas, a qualificação foi positiva e todos os protocolos foram cumpridos por completo.
Cerca de 80 conselheiros fizeram parte de uma votação simbólica, por meio da plataforma Zoom Webinar. Todos os membros envolvidos receberam por email a ficha de inscrição – que deveria ser devolvida para conferências dos dados por parte da secretaria. Todavia, alguns deles preencheram a inscrição somente no dia da reunião, descumprindo o prazo. Mediante a essa situação, em torno de 10 a 15 conselheiros não participaram.
Os que cumpriram as instruções no prazo dado, recebeu no dia da reunião um link para adentrar na conferência. É natural que ocorreriam alguns problemas técnicos, até porque muitos ali já possuem uma idade avançada e não dominam com precisão essas novas tecnologias. Além de problemas com a conexão.
