Ganso estreou e já jogou 3 vezes. Na última, contra o fraco Ypiranga, teve sua melhor atuação, mostrando clara evolução. Chegou na área, finalizou, deu passes verticais e fez até gol. O caminho da evolução desse jogo do Diniz é por aí: Verticalizar mais os passes, arriscar mais. A posse de bola é importante, mas se não criar situações de gol, veremos muitos empates desagradáveis na temporada, principalmente quando o adversário optar em jogar atrás, no nosso erro.

Flu precisa de um bom lateral esquerdo. No último jogo, Caio Henrique foi improvisado na lateral esquerda, barrando nossos dois laterais de ofícios. Jogou bem sim, alias é um excelente jogador e deve ficar por ali até outra solução, mas o próprio pode começar a não ficar satisfeito com essa improvisação, já que gosta de atuar de 1º ou 2º volante.
No meio de campo, vejo o Flu bem servido no setor dos volantes. Bruno Silva é maluco, mas ajuda muito. Airton é lento, mas sabe bem os atalhos do campo e impõem respeito, mas vejo nos outros um futuro melhor, como Alan e Caio Henrique. Dois jogadores rápidos e bons tecnicamente, podem dar a cara que o Diniz precisa na nossa saída de bola, com dinâmica e bons passes.
O caminho está traçado, a base está montada, o técnico escolhido foi o ideal, principalmente com elenco limitado. Precisávamos ter um técnico que tentasse algo diferente. É necessário agora evoluir e dar aquele acabamento final para um bom time de futebol. Acertar as peças que faltam e treinar o esquema para as adversidades que virão. Principalmente para as retrancas que virão.

– Empresário do Everaldo jogando verde para colher maduro. Acho importante a permanência do atacante. Tentamos muitas vezes achar um jogador de velocidade de lado de campo e não encontramos. Everaldo tem habilidade, drible e dificilmente perde a bola à toa. Tem um grave problema no último toque, seja ele um cruzamento, passe ou finalização. Jogador útil demais para se desperdiçar.
– Caio Henrique entrou muito bem no time. Jogador leve, bom tecnicamente, não joga só para o lado e faz várias funções. O time ganha com ele e Ganso em campo.
– Alan toda vez que entra mostra serviço, mas entra sempre no finalzinho. Poderia começar uma partida para uma analise melhor.
