Em nota oficial, Pedro Antônio fala sobre os alvarás do CT Tricolor
Após o incêndio ocorrido no Ninho do Urubu, que assolou o mundo do futebol, a prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro, por meio de sua assessoria, informou que o CT Tricolor não tem o alvará, mas há um registro de licença de obras, válido até 23/10/2019. Principal responsável pela construção, e dirigente à época, Pedro Antônio emitiu uma nota com esclarecimentos sobre a situação referente ao Centro de Treinamentos do Time de Guerreiros – que, vale a lembrança, é dedicado para os profissionais, e seu uso é exclusivamente para treinamento – a parte de hotelaria ainda não está finalizada. A base tricolor treina e está alojada em Xerém, que funciona com todos os documentos regularizados, e instalações apropriadas e todas vistoriadas.
O ex-vice de Projetos Especiais assegurou que, enquanto esteve à frente, licenciou todo o projeto. O processo de vistoria e aprovação por parte do Corpo de Bombeiros é posterior à data de inauguração do CT (21/07/2016) e de quando ocorreu o primeiro treino (11/10/2016). Pedro Antônio ainda afirmou que o processo não foi concluído pela atual gestão que comanda o Flu.
Ainda na nota, Pedro Antônio disse ter se encontrado com Abad, que o informou que já estava tudo concluído e regularizado. E que ficou sabendo da não conclusão do habite-se e do alvará pelo noticiário.

“Prezados
A respeito dos comentários sobre as licenças do CT do Fluminense, tenho alguns esclarecimentos:
1) todas as obras no CT foram previamente licenciadas.
2) ao final da primeira fase que era a construção da academia, vestiários, piscina, 2 campos entre outros, demos início aos documentos finais para o habite-se parcial desta área.
3) para tal habite-se e a seguir o alvará, tudo deveria estar aprovado junto ao corpo de bombeiros e todos os equipamentos instalados. Todos os equipamentos tais como mangueiras, extintores etc foram devidamente instalados.
O processo de vistoria e aprovação nos bombeiros, foi dado entrada em 26/06/2017, com a devida taxa paga.Os projetos de ar condicionado e exaustão mecânica também foram aprovados na Prefeitura.
Naquele mesmo mês de junho de 2017 fui sumariamente demitido e ninguém mais me procurou para tratar do CT.
Apesar da situação de estar fora do Fluminense compulsoriamente, segui me dedicando para terminar o licenciamento de aterro da rua.
Em 31/08/2017 a rua foi licenciada.5) em 4/09/2017 mandei e-mail com cópia da licença e demais documentos para o Fluminense pedindo uma reunião para entrega de tais documentos originais e no mesmo e-mail pedi para “providências do Fluminense para designar junto aos diferentes órgãos, os responsáveis pelos diversos projetos / licenciamento”.
6) tal reunião ficou marcada para final do dia 11/09.
7) no dia 11 “gerente operacional – CT Barra” assim se intitula o Sr Gustavo Ribeiro, mandou mensagem e para a Cecília – advogada que por sinal depois mandaram embora, já que ele tinha um “compromisso com meu filho pequeno”.
7) em 16/10/2017 protocolei na secretaria de meio ambiente a baixa da minha procuração das obras do CT, já que não poderia seguir responsável a uma obra em que eu não tinha mais nenhum acesso.
8) o mesmo procedimento fiz junto à secretaria de urbanismo em 16/10/2017.
A poucos dias encontrei com o Presidente Abad e questionei sobre os acompanhamentos e processos junto à prefeitura e ele me informou que estava tudo em dia, conforme informavam a ele.
Infelizmente, pelo que vi nesta manhã no noticiário, apesar de não me encontrar no Brasil, nada foi concluído tanto de habite-se e o alvará.
