Fluminense promove mais uma peneira para o time feminino
Continuando a programação para cumprir a determinação da Conmebol para 2019, o Fluminense faz a segunda peneira para compor seus times femininos de futebol profissional e de base. Desta vez, o evento foi promovido no Estádio das Laranjeiras e recebeu cerca de 400 candidatas das mais de 680 inscritas. As sociais das Laranjeiras ficaram tomadas de familiares e amigos que fizeram questão de acompanhar o desempenho das meninas. Duzentas jogadoras foram selecionadas para as etapas seguintes.
Para a categoria profissional, foram selecionadas 15 jogadoras. Já nas categorias de base, foram 185. As categorias de base que tiveram vagas nesta oportunidade foram a Sub-15, a Sub-17 e a Sub-20. O número de ausentes já era esperado por conta da prova do Enem, mas as interessadas ainda terão outras duas oportunidades esse ano, uma em novembro e outra em dezembro. Neste domingo, candidatas de diversos estados do Brasil como Paraná, Amapá e Ceará, estiveram nas Laranjeiras em busca do sonho de se tornarem jogadoras de futebol. O resultado geral foi considerado muito positivo.

– É muito bom ver o quanto o futebol feminino é promissor e a quantidade de meninas que buscam a carreira. O número de inscrições foi uma surpresa e o movimento das mulheres aqui nas Laranjeiras foi maravilhoso – disse Amanda Storck, que coordenou a peneira pelo Fluminense. Os critérios adotados para a seleção dos talentos eram todos técnicos, entre habilidade, visão de jogo, noção de posicionamento, entre outros.
– Fiquei muito feliz com o que foi apresentado aqui tecnicamente. Selecionamos muitas garotas e acredito que elas poderão dar continuidade ao trabalho conosco. As que não foram selecionadas nesta oportunidade, aconselho seguir treinando para voltarem em peneiras futuras – avaliou a ex-atleta Thaissan Passos, treinadora do time profissional e coordenadora geral do Futebol Feminino.
