No final de semana que antecedeu o Dia Internacional do Orgulho LGBQIA+, o Fluminense, assim como outros clubes, realizou ações com o intuito de conscientizar e dar visibilidade à luta. No jogo do time masculino, além do patch do #TimedeTodos no peito, o número dos jogadores não era grená, nem a faixa de capitão preta, as cores estampadas eram as do arco íris, símbolo da causa. Na partida do time feminino, a faixa foi utilizada pela capitã Maria Luiza. O clube também comunicou que as camisas usadas no confronto contra Corinthians serão leiloadas e o dinheiro destinado ao Grupo Arco-íris de Cidadania LGBT. É realmente louvável e devemos reconhecer o avanço no tratamento da pauta, que confirma o posicionamento adotado desde o lançamento da campanha “Time de Todos”.
As reações foram aquelas esperadas: de um lado, estavam os torcedores orgulhosos pela posição do Flu, do outro, os insatisfeitos. Dentre eles, houve quem foi cobrar um futebol vistoso, a demissão do técnico e a contratação de reforços – pleitos que outrora seriam legítimos, mas que se faziam nitidamente inoportunos, impertinentes, inapropriados e descabidos. Houve, também, aqueles que debocharam da ação, bradando que o clube deveria igualmente se manifestar pelo “orgulho hétero” – seja lá o que isso significa. E acreditem se quiserem amigos, ainda houve quem afirmasse, num paradoxo contraditório, infinito e até cômico, que a campanha pelo #TimeDeTodos é excludente porque – prestem atenção – exclui aqueles que não concordam que… O time seja de todos.
Pois bem. Digo isso por quê? Não é para repudiar demonstrações de ódio gratuito e de preconceito. Na verdade, é também, mas não vou me alongar nisso. O que farei agora é convidar vocês a refletirem comigo sobre algo que entendo ser fundamental. É hora de colocarmos a mão na consciência.

Enchemos o peito para afirmar que não somos como eles. Com isso, nos colocamos em posição diametralmente oposta daqueles de quem discordamos. Mas estamos mesmo tão longe assim? Não me refiro a mim ou a você individualmente, mas a nós todos enquanto torcida. Enquanto coletivo de pessoas que amam o Fluminense, clube que vem cada vez mais se posicionando sobre diversas causas.
O gatilho para essa autoanálise foi a repercussão da campanha do Vasco, um dos times que mais entoa o “time de viado” nas arquibancadas e que nunca fez absolutamente nada para reprimir essa conduta. Não estou diminuindo a ação deles, que trocaram as cores tradicionais pelas da causa, ou a comemoração do gol de Cano que, literalmente, levantou a bandeira da luta. Espero de verdade que isso signifique uma mudança de mentalidade a nível institucional e não uma campanha para surfar na onda do Dia Internacional do Orgulho LGBTQIA+, comemorado hoje, dia 28 de junho. Enfim, conforme ia pensando a respeito, enxergando alguma hipocrisia por parte de torcedores e imprensa, me veio a não-tão-remota possibilidade de o mesmo acontecer quando os olhares estão direcionados a nós, tricolores.
Será que somos os paladinos da moralidade como acreditamos ser? Somos inclusivos como pensamos ser? Estamos livres dos preconceitos que assombram a nossa sociedade? Seria a torcida do Fluminense um exemplo de desconstrução?
É hora de botarmos a mão na consciência. Nesse processo pelo qual queremos passar, será necessário diálogo, mas muito diálogo, porque, sabemos que, infelizmente, há quem não concorde que chamar o flamenguista de “molambo” é um ato racista, que tentar ofender alguém chamando de “viado” é homofóbico, que usar o termo “traveco” é transfóbico ou que questionar uma mulher por estar no estádio é machismo.
Então, é preciso que eduquemos uns aos outros. É um movimento que deve sim partir do clube, mas que deve também partir de cada um de nós, individual e coletivamente. Vimos que houve um ruído na transmissão da mensagem, tendo em vista o posicionamento de alguns atletas. Logo, mais do que simplesmente se posicionar, é fundamental que o Fluminense eduque. Ensine. É um trabalho de formiguinha, mas que um dia trará resultados.
Quem sabe a futura geração poderá vivenciar um futebol menos tóxico e preconceituoso. Quem sabe.
Depende de nós. Portanto, coloquemos as mãos na consciência ou não haverá mudança.

Não concordo com nada do que falou. Uma coisa é ser inclusiva, no sentido de não ser homofóbico. Tenho amigos homossexuais e nunca fiz nenhuma demonstração de desrespeito. Mas uma coisa é o respeito humano que temos que ter por todas as pessoas, outra é discurso politicamente correto. Vejamos as ações desta organização: sexualização das crianças, desrespeito a família e as instituições religiosas. Defender LGBT não é defender dignidade humana, é defender instituição criminosa.
